They sell and provide high-level technical equipment to industrial companies, e.g., the energy sector. They were founded in 2019 and today they have customers in both Norway and Sweden.

Challenge

In addition to selling high-tech drones to industrial companies, Scandinavian Drone wanted to expand their business. They experienced that their customer asked for the option to rent the drones instead of buying them, especially if they were going to use them only for a short period and for specific assignments and not regularly. In addition to this, their customers get a big advantage if they always can rent the latest technology for their project. Knowing that there was high demand for renting drones among their customers, Scandinavian Drone seized this opportunity and decided to start a drone rental service.
