Seasonal Prices

If you want to adjust the price of your products for some months of the year, this is possible. Maybe you want to adjust the prices up now in the summer, or reduce it for the winter months? Let us know, and we can then enable this for your site.
Change payment card

For those of you that have subscriptions, or have customers paying by card, sometimes you want to get the payment details for the customer updated. The customer’s card may have expired, or the user might want to use a different card for charging after the initial payment was done.
When enabled for your site, the user can log in to My Rentals in the shop, and choose “Change Card” under Active Payment Methods. And then enter the information from the new card.
These card details will then be used for charging the user on future subscription fees, or when extra charging the customer’s card.
Included accessories can be hidden/shown

If you have accessories that are included with a product, like a battery that is included on a drill, we can now make them visible in the shop to your customers. Go to the product page of the main product, and enable “Visible” by the included accessory.
Schedule: “Today” as default
When using the schedule, especially towards the end of the week or month, you were previously shown a lot of historic data from all the days up until the current day. Now we have set “today” to be the first day in the view as default, to make it easier for you to immediately get a good overview of your future orders.
Restrict booking of product categories, unless the customer is whitelisted
Do you have some product categories that only specific customers should be able to book? For example if you have heavy equipment where the customer has to have proven training before booking. Then you can now get a restriction set up for your shop, so that only customers that are whitelisted are able to book products from these product categories. Reach out to us, and our support team will help you get this configured.
Pre-filled Public Order Notes

Your public order notes, can now be pre-filled with a text suited to your needs. Great if you have some pre-defined notes or terms you want to add to all contracts. Let us know if you want this set up for your site.
Small Updates
- Webshop contact us section topics are fully editable from your Admin under Settings > Template > Contact Us
- Autopass fees of 0 kr are now excluded from the import from AutoSync/Fremtind
- The General Accounting Report now has a new column for the field “inventory ID”
- Email templates now show product question answers and access codes
- Reminder: E-signatures are available. See how it works in this video.
- The schedule will now clearly indicate what inventory units have been disabled
- For Fortnox, the due date is now optional to set on invoices
- The barcode feature has been updated to now also support special characters such as *#%@
