All bookings made through Sharefox already require your customers to accept your rental terms before completing a reservation – by checking an approval box. With our new integration with Criipto, you can take this one step further with electronic signatures and identity verification.

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Criipto, a leading provider of digital identity and e-signature solutions. With this integration, you can now offer secure e-signing with national eIDs directly within the Sharefox system.
Criipto supports a wide range of national e-IDs, including:
BankID (Norway & Sweden), Vipps Login (Norway), MitID (Denmark), Finnish Trust Network (Finland), .beID (Belgium), iDIN and DigiD (Netherlands), and Personalausweis (Germany).
This means you can now enable secure, legally valid e-signatures using trusted eIDs from across Europe – making your rental process faster, easier, and more reliable for both you and your customers.

You can trigger an e-signature request manually or automatically. Customers receive a link via SMS or email to sign the agreement.
In the Sharefox admin dashboard, you can monitor the status of each e-signature.
Once signed, the system logs the event, attaches the signed contract to the order, and emails a copy to both the customer and your team.
